An adequate intake of about 20 mcg per day is recommended for children who fall in the age group of 9 to 13 years. My Thoughts
Simple packaging (in a good way)! I love the half-stars on each product that seem to only be complete when the other bottle in the duo sits near.

There’s a rich, almost yummy scent and a lavish feel to the creamy texture and pearly consistency. The shampoo softly lathers and feels so good on your hair and body…I must confess that I used some as a bubble bath and body wash and I found the descriptor, decadent, was dead-on!

The conditioner coats and soaks in well, leaving hair feeling soft and smooth with a nicely lingering aroma. Worked well on my thick hair, offering a bit of relief for the occasional frizz. The only complaint is getting it out of the bottle. Storing it upside down seems to help or adding a little warm water and allowing it to dilute slightly does too.
