Get the Look - Award-Worthy Makeup
According to Tracy, the goal of Kristen’s overall look was to have a soft, modern feel with an edge. So, to go with her beautiful beachy hair, she smoked up Kristen's eyes with soft purples and bronze to give a bit of sultriness.
LOOK BREAKDOWN
PREP SKINSTEP 1: To keep skin dewy, rub La Mer Serum all over, then a bit of La Mer Crème to areas that are a bit drier. Prep lips with La Mer Lip Balm. Let soak in for a few minutes.
EYES
EYES
STEP 2: Smudge CARGO Cosmetics Swimmables™ Eye Pencil in Pfeiffer Beach ($18), an eggplant shade, all along the upper lash line, then set it with a deep matte plum hue, CARGO Cosmetics Eye Shadow in Moreton Bay ($16). Use a lighter purple, like CARGO Cosmetics Eye Shadow in Shanghai ($16), to highlight the eye.
STEP 3: Apply long-lasting, brown liner like CARGO Cosmetics Swimmables™ Eye Pencil in Pebble Beach ($18) on the lower lash line and blend it with the CARGO Cosmetics Eye Shadow in Moreton Bay ($16). Use CARGO Cosmetics Eye Shadow in Cyprus ($16), a golden plum, to blend the liner into the outer corners.
STEP 4: Apply Chanel Illuminating Powder in the inner corners of the eye, and line the water line with the CARGO Cosmetics Swimmables™ Eye Pencil in Pebble Beach ($18).
STEP 5: Achieve softy defined brows with CARGO Cosmetics Brow How Kit in Light ($24).
STEP 6: Finish off the eyes with two coats of CARGO_HD Picture Perfect Mascara ($22) to the top and bottom lashes.
SKIN
STEP 7: Now that the moisturizer is fully absorbed, apply CARGO_HD Pore Refining Primer ($32) all over the face to start the base for makeup application.
STEP 8: Mix YSL Le Teint Touché Éclat Illuminating Foundation in BD 40-BD 50 and CARGO Cosmetics Liquid Foundation in 20 ($36) and apply to face. Next, use Armani Master Corrector 2 to conceal and the YSL Touché Éclat Pen to highlight under eyes.
STEP 9: Contour under the check bones with Chanel Bronzing Cream Makeup Base. Then, highlight the top of cheek bones with Chanel Illuminating Powder.
