My Thoughts
Right off I noticed the beautiful packaging with its sturdy glass bottle and easy to use pump top. I am a big fan of nicely packaged products and the advertising and design work that goes into them, but know that it has very little to do with the quality of the product inside.
As far as performance, it did step up. I have very long, thick, dry hair with some natural curl and lots of frizz, and I find myself working hard to tame it every day. To create a smooth look I followed the directions and applied a small amount on my damp hair and blow dried as usual. I ran my flat iron through and did initially notice an increase in shine and fewer flyaway hairs. After using the treatment several times over the next week, I did notice an increase in softness with a less brittle feel. I did enjoy the subtle scent but noticed a very subtle warming feel on my hands, which I found interesting. I’m not sure what to make of that or if it has anything to do with the product’s performance.
Overall, it’s a nice product with promising results for what I normally consider to be lost-cause hair. On very humid days I add more treatment when styling or even apply a few drops on my hands and smooth my palms over the surface of my dry hair to take down even more fuzz. It also works well on curly hair days, leaving my coils soft and touchable. If your hair is dry, damaged or sporting some frizz, give the Uriélle Revitál-Treatment a try!
