Introducing BioSilk Color Therapy, the second line in the new BioSilk Therapy Collection, set to hit shelves in September 2013. With Miss Universe South Africa 2012 Melinda Bam as the face, Color Therapy celebrates highlighted, lightened and color-treated hair by offering a multi-step regimen to protect, enhance and revitalize strands.
The line includes a sulfate-free shampoo for all hair types; sulfate-free, violet-based shampoo for blondes; moisturizing conditioner; maracuja oil infused leave-in treatment; and reparative intensive masque.
BioSilk Color Therapy is based on a proprietary blend called VibraRiche®, which prolongs the radiance and intensity of color while enhancing the overall luster and shine. Since VibraRiche contains positively charged ions that are substantive to the hair, it leaves strands feeling soft, nourished and completely conditioned, all while sharpening the color of the hair.
All Color Therapy products are enriched with a strengthening and reparative bamboo and gooseberry extract blend, rich in Vitamin-C, antioxidants, and anti-aging properties. This powerful combination is further enhanced with a botanical red tea extract, rooibos, which offers essential nutrients and antioxidants to keep hair color vibrant and protect from color loss.
As with all BioSilk products, each formula in the line is infused with silk proteins which penetrate deep into the hair fiber to reconstruct damaged areas and replenish depleted nutrients. The lightweight triangular molecular structure provides three-dimensional shine without weighing hair down.
The fragrance is represented by top notes of crisp bergamot, orange and green, while the middle is composed of delicate jasmine, cyclamen and rosewood, over a base of hypnotic musk and cedarwood.
Shampoo
This sulfate-free shampoo cleanses with gentle surfactants and rids hair of impurities without stripping hair color. Infused with rooibos, bamboo, gooseberry and silk protein, this formula offers natural protection while cleansing. Cool Blonde Shampoo
With its brilliant violet tint this shampoo cleanses and protects while imparting color-balancing tones for all blondes. The sulfate-free formula gently rids hair of impurities without stripping hair color while balancing brassy tones and neutralizing unwanted yellow tones from grey and white hair.
Conditioner
Replenish moisture while protecting color treated hair with an antioxidant boosting blend of botanical extracts, silk protein, and the color enhancing proprietary blend, VibraRiche®. UV absorbers shield hair from harmful environmental aggressors to minimize color loss and fading.
Lock & Protect Leave-in Treatment
Lock & Protect is enhanced with maracuja oil and silk proteins to help seal the cuticle and prevent color loss. The antioxidant rich formula keeps hair color vibrant and rich, protecting against color loss and fade with red tea extract.
Intensive Masque
Replenish moisture while protecting your color with this intensive masque. With gooseberry extract, VibraRiche® and rooibos this masque will shield hair from color fading and environmental damage.
